Calling All Young and New Professionals
If you are a young professional (40 years or younger), or new to legal (working in this space fewer than five years), we would love to hear from you!
As we look to the future, we recognize that engagement and participation from early career and transitioning professionals from varying generations is key to the continued success of organizations like the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). Understanding what - and how - you’re interested in learning, as well as what would motivate you to volunteer are important and why we are reaching out to you today. Below are three key ways you can add your voice to the discussion and help shape the future of not just ILTA but the legal landscape.
(Option 1) Participate in a 1-hour Focus Group: We want to understand your needs and wants in order to properly serve you and create the space for you to engage.
As an incentive for participating, we will be raffling:
- Four ILTA SWAG PACKs: each of the four raffle winners will receive a ILTA-branded shirt, web cam cover, mobile fan, water bottle, cup, shoe wallet, and wireless charger
- One Complimentary Pass to a 2022 Single Day ILTA Conference Event (only one lucky raffle winner will win this)
The Focus Groups will begin in late summer of 2021. If interested in participating, let us know here by selecting the Focus Group option.
(Option 2) Provide feedback via Survey
If you want to share your thoughts with us around Mentoring, Education, and Volunteering opportunities and prefer doing so via a survey – we've got an option for you! Simply let us know here by selecting the Survey option.
(Option 3) Access premium content (for free) and write a blog sharing your insights on the topic
Enter your name into a drawing to receive free access to an event recording from one of our one-day events. Develop new skills while familiarizing yourself with ILTA education and events, and then share what you learn.
