In this blog we will get to you know a little about Rex Balboa who will be speaking on OneNote

More and more technology departments and lawyers are using OneNote in project management and case management. Is OneNote the unsung hero of Microsoft Office? Come hear how different firms are using OneNote for collaboration and information-gathering.  Thursday 3:15 to 4:30

Rex….

Q: When and how did you start your career in technology?

I started my career in technology as a middle school teacher. I taught at a magnet school where students and teachers had, for the time, unusually easy access to the Internet and computers. I left teaching to start training software, but quickly became a consultant and project manager.

Q: What is the biggest change you have seen in the last 10 years?

I believe the emergence of smart phones and mobile computing has reduced the level of fear in the average consumer. People live in a state of constant technological change and development. Most seem OK with that.

Q: What do you do for fun?

Read, play games with family and friends, write

Q: What is one think people can look forward to at your conference session?

An entertaining look at how OneNote is quietly becoming an incredibly popular and necessary piece of software.

Hope to see you there!
