We're really excited to be faciliting this discussion at this year's annual conference. I should note that this will really be YOUR session so please come and help us make this session matter. We're really just here to help. We really want this session to be known as a "crowd sourced" session.
We would like you to tell us what, in your experience Makes IT Matter and what tends to be a barrier. We'll gather your ideas and group them into 5 major areas that we then break into groups to brainstorm issues and suggest solutions. That information will come back to you through the discussion leaders of each group and then finally as a blog or whitepaper.
So, we don't have to wait until the conference to get started. We would all like your ideas and suggestions now. Tell us what you would like to see covered and what we can focus on to Make IT Matter!
Some "seed ideas" include;
-To be relevant IT must be easy
-To be relevant IT must by aligned
-To be relevant IT must be available
-To be relevant IT must be accessible
We'll be sending out a poll to the e-groups as well.
Let the ideas flow!
