Word's Calendar Wizard gives you the ability to quickly create a blank, full-page calendar for a specified time frame. The calendar generated is in Word table format, so it's easy to make edits to get exactly what you want.

USING THE WORD CALENDAR WIZARD

  1. Select FILE > NEW CALENDARS > OTHER CALENDARS.

2. Double-click the CALENDAR WIZARD.

The Calendar Wizard dialog appears.

3. Click the NEXT button to start.

4. Select the BOXES & BORDERS calendar type and click the NEXT button.
Note: You may click the BACK button at any time to change your selections.

5. Select LANDSCAPE and NO to leave space for a picture, and then click the NEXT button.

6. Enter the dates desired and click the FINISH button.

The Calendar is generated as a Word table.

MODIFYING THE CALENDAR
With a few modifications, the calendar will be much more useful for entering information. The entire calendar is a table with each cell representing one day, which makes the modifications very easy to do.
Note: The blue lines shown below are non-printing gridlines, which are displayed using the VIEW GRIDLINES button on the Table Layout ribbon. The black lines are BORDERS that will print.

  1. Select the entire table and add INSIDE BORDERS using the button on the TABLE DESIGN ribbon.

2. Change the look and placement of the date numbers by modifying the BOXES11 STYLE to 18 PT. font size and setting the ALIGNMENT to LEFT
