TIP 1 - How to use the built in calculator on your computer to easily calculate deadlines

  • Simply open up the built in calculator and hold down Ctrl+E or click View a Date Calculation.
  • Next, select Add or subtract days to a specified date in the dropdown menu.
  • Once you have done this, you will be looking at a calculator just like the one below that will allow you to easily enter in the fields to calculate future deadlines without worry.

TIP 2 - Make your Ribbon Text Bigger in Office…

  1. Right click on desktop Personalize
  2. Click on Window Color
  3. Click Advanced appearance settings
  4. Click Drop down on Item.
  5. Click Menu then change the font or font size.
