ILTACON 2015. Additionally, many vendors and consultants will deliver quality programming at this year’s conference, providing engaging sessions focused on empowering our future.
As you plan your week, allot time to visit the Exhibit Hall, demo rooms and networking events. You can score some swag at the booths, but the true jackpot consists of fresh ideas and new product developments that you'll hear about. The ILTACON schedule provides plenty of time for interactions with the exhibitors and consultants throughout the conference.

Happily Ever After in the Exhibit Hall
Please join us in our
Exhibit Hall (Octavius Ballroom) where
over 200 leading providers of legal technology will be on hand. Each booth is staffed by knowledgeable vendors who support ILTA throughout the year. The Exhibit Hall is open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and on Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.,
with breakfast served from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Thursday morning! There is ample time to visit the exhibitors during conference, as we'll have several extended breaks in the area.
ILTA's Vendor “Once Upon a Time”: On Monday evening we will step into the magical world of fairy tales in the Exhibit Hall from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. We encourage exhibitors to get creative, decorating their booths and dressing up as characters from fairy tales. It’s a great opportunity to visit with exhibitors and tour the Exhibit Hall in a relaxed setting.
Hors d'oeuvres and liquid refreshments will be served.
Your badge is required for entrance, and you'll be provided drink tickets as part of your registration fee. Guest tickets can be purchased on property.
No one under the age of 21 is admitted.

Sessions Presented by Vendors
Many vendors and consultants are presenters in our educational sessions, and there are multiple opportunities for more product-focused educational opportunities outside of the general sessions.
Solution Spotlight: On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, two full tracks of sessions will provide a forum for vendors to demo their state-of-the-art products and services. These session are located in Octavius 1 and 2, next to the Exhi. For a list of featured vendors, see the

Product Demos and Vendor Meetings
A demo is worth a thousand words…
Several of our vendors have demo rooms and hospitality suites reserved throughout the conference for one-on-one demonstrations and meetings. This is a great opportunity to have private time with vendors to see new products or to discuss your current installation. A schedule of
demo room assignments will be included in each issue of the ILTA Daily Globe and on the Event App. The Member Registration and Vendor Registration desks will also have this information.
Demo Room Sessions: On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., many of our vendors will be conducting educational sessions in their demo rooms. This is another opportunity for you to get information from our vendors in an environment that is far more personal than a session room. The content has been developed by the presenting vendor and is not part of the general conference educational lineup. The Event App will provide demo session details.
If there are specific products that you're investigating, we recommend you contact the vendor before conference and schedule a time to stop by the booth and/or make an appointment for a meeting in the demo room.
