Texting with Clients
Texting feels quick, informal and “safe.” One may forgive a typo in a text but not in an email or infer negative subtext in an email but not in a text. An attorney might text a client for a brief communication or clarification but what must be done and can be done with that information at a later time? Mobile device management policies, implementation plans and tools help. SOMETHING EXTRA – Total Technology Spend and ILTA’s INSIGHT in London
Members recently inquired about the total technology spend at other law firms. Beginning on page 262 of ILTA’s 2015 Technology Survey find the section discussing technology spending.
