So Gordon...
Q. When and how did you begin your career in Litigation and Practice Support?
A. 2002 - answered a Help Wanted ad for a technical resource for a small vendor in Nashville
Q. How has your role in this field changed over time?
A. In responsibility, scale, experience, yes; but, in fundamental ways, no - I am still an intermediary between parties and a translator/facilitator
Q. What do you find most interesting about this profession?
A. The constant re-evaluation of roles, values and procedures - it is stimulating.
Q. What do you do for fun?
A. I have two small children, so I do what they do for fun - blow bubbles, yell, answer questions.
Q. What are some of the key concepts you hope to cover in your session at the 2013 ILTA Conference?
A. That, even though we often have to respond in an ad hoc manner, there is method in our approach!
Q. Anything you’d like to say to Conference attendees?
A. Wear sensible footwear! Don't load yourself down with documents and swag!
