- Application Administration
- Telecom and Audio-Video
- Litigation and Practice Support
- Knowledge Management
- Portal/Intranet and Web Development
The data is reported by region and division (as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau) and by firm size, when sufficient data was available for a particular functional area. Additionally, metro area data is available for 15 major metropolitan areas for various titles (where sufficient data was reported).
