Litigation and Practice Support Peer Group 2012 Programming Survey Summary
Thank you for responding to the Litigation and Practice Support Peer Group 2012 Programming Survey! We are committed to offering relevant and interesting webinars, articles and other programming to this community and the goal of the survey was to find out what our members would like to see. We thought you might be interested in some highlights of the survey results.
118 people responded to the Programming Survey. Overwhelming responses were law firms that averaged 150-349 Attorneys. The majority of respondents were at the Chief/Director/Manager level within the IT or Lit Support area of the organizations. Most of the respondents support the litigation and e-discovery areas of the firms with an equal distribution of IP and Corporate business following 2nd.

Some additional suggested topics from respondents included:
· Business of Litigation Support and Structure of Support Departments – this includes creating effective business plans, comparing department management tools, as well as different operational structures
· Information Governance and Document Retention / Disposition from Litigation Support perspective
· Corporate Legal Department Management – technology for corporate legal departments; contract management and organizational strategies
