Web Add-in Issue within our Firm

Hello all,

I’ve onboarded an application called Opensense (currently in the proof-of-concept phase) to manage our users' email signatures. Initially, the application worked well; however, we began experiencing issues after a Microsoft update was released in March.

We mitigated the issue by updating all pilot users to a newer Microsoft Office version and build, which resolved the problem for the most part. That said, we’re still seeing intermittent issues. If a user reboots or Outlook crashes, we must completely refresh the web add-in cache in the user’s local app data and reassign their signature in the Opensense admin portal. As you can imagine, this is not ideal, and I’m beginning to have misgivings about a full deployment.

Is anyone else currently using Opensense? If so, have you experienced similar issues, or found any reliable workarounds?
