  • ILTA Hosts First ILTACON 2024 Informational Webinar

    ILTA hosted its first Informational Webinar to prepare for ILTACON 2024 on 13 March 2024. The Top 5 Takeaways from the “Understanding the Booth Lottery” are: 

    • Booth Lottery is March 21st. ILTA’s Business Partner team will set up calls with sponsors starting on April 1st.  At that time, partners will select their booth/demo room space and ILTACON sponsorships. 
    • To promote fairness, there is a cap of three (3) demo rooms per sponsor this year. Daily Demo Rooms are available this year. Business Partners can reserve a one demo room for up to two (2) consecutive days. 
    • An updated 2024 ILTACON Prospectus  is now available on ILTA’s website. The prospectus now includes additional signage and branding opportunities.  
    • Speaker applications can now be submitted through April 22nd. 
    • Early applications are encouraged.
