The latest version (v.11) of the ILTACON 2024 Prospectus is online and ready to view. Please be sure to review all available sponsorship items before your booth selection call.
The ILTA Space Request link will be provided during initial booth selection call with ILTA’s Business Partner Team. Upon submission of completed form, ILTA will confirm eligibility and may reach out with questions or put you in touch with the venue directly to begin your planning. Please be sure to check out all of the amazing outlets available here.
Housing opens April 16th. Room rates start at $249 plus tax and resort fee. ($313.81 total). A non-refundable one-night room and tax deposit will be collected at the time of booking on the card used to make the reservation. For blocks of 10 or more rooms, a 2-3 week deadline will be allocated to complete all rooms. Rooms in subblocks can be booked individually through a link or by ILTA via rooming list.
Booth Selection Calls will begin April 1st. The Business Partner Team has started sending out e-mails scheduling those calls. Your flexibility during scheduling is greatly appreciated! Please be prepared with alternate selections for booth spaces as well as demo rooms and other sponsorship opportunities. An e-mail will be sent after the call to confirm all choices made during the call.
