Out of curiosity, what do you use as your Go-To Resources to inform your BIC methodology and processes, what is your "sacred text" as it were?

We rely heavily on the ALAS Loss Prevention Manual and Prototype Lawyers' Manual - as well as the Bressler Risk Blog.
