The Practical Side of eDiscovery – How to Reduce Costs and Frustration

This virtual session is meant for those new to eDiscovery and want to understand what they should consider and/or do to avoid unnecessary cost overruns and frustration. A panel of seasoned professionals will provide practical, economical, and proactive advice on the causes of cost overruns and frustration and the steps that can be taken to avoid such things. Topics covered include how evidentiary databases work, protocol agreements and what they should contain and why, the use of templates, and good and bad examples of what works and does not work and why. Those new to eDiscovery will come away with a good understanding of the basics which will assist them in their everyday work.
