We are excited to share our new workflow for editing with the Word app. It is the easiest DMS-integrated mobile workflow which we have seen. Join this 30-minute webinar to see a demo of editing and comparing files.
You start with a file in DMS or attached to Email. Select “Check-out and Edit” and LINK will open the file directly in the edit screen in the Word/Excel/PowerPoint app.
Check-out and check-in are managed by LINK.
You do NOT have to:• Copy• Save• Convert the file from .doc to .docx • Locate the file in the Word app• Delete it from Word after editing
