The global pandemic changed our working lives drastically, from how we collaborate, connect with and learn from our coworkers.
Virtual training for processes and systems was already commonplace before the pandemic, however, there still were in-person interactions in the office in which new joiners, in particular, could rely to develop rapport with coworkers and continue to build their knowledge set. As most firms employ a hybrid work environment, additional challenges emerge as colleagues struggle to connect and build networks in yet another new paradigm.
In this session, participants will explore the challenges of onboarding new team members in a hybrid work environment, and work together to develop actionable takeaways for inspiring hybrid teams to create a connected and inclusive atmosphere.
