Legal IT teams rarely suffer from a lack of tools. They struggle with competing priorities, invisible work, and limited capacity. This session explores how to create visibility, enforce prioritization, and manage team workload using practical frameworks and Microsoft tools like Planner, Lists, and Teams.
Attendees will learn how to move from reactive task tracking to intentional project governance, even without a formal PMO.
We’ll also discuss how portfolio-level tools can support strategic decision-making once foundational discipline is in place.
Sensei IQ will provide lunches for those who choose to attend in-person in either Columbus or Cincinnati, and we invite those who cannot to eat their lunches alongside us and get on Zoom to participate as well.
