Where to embed AI in your eDiscovery Workflow: A practical discussion
To accommodate those who are not based near London, as well as anyone who was unable to attend our in person event in February, Litigation SIG Co‑Chairs James MacGregor and David Wilkins have agreed to host a virtual ILTA Litigation SIG session to discuss this topic.
Using the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) as our framework, we'll examine where AI is currently being deployed, what's working, what isn't, and where the opportunities lie for firms practicing in England and Wales.
Attendees should be ready to share experiences candidly, discuss challenges unique to UK civil litigation, and collectively identify best practices for embedding AI into our workflows while remaining compliant with CPR requirements and data protection obligations.
Pre-Meeting Preparation
To maximise the value of our discussion, please come prepared to share:
- One success story - Where has AI genuinely improved your eDiscovery process?
- One challenge - Where have you struggled with AI implementation?
- One question - What would you most like to learn from your peers?
This event is free to attend and open to anyone working in a law firm or legal department so register today! If you are unable to attend but have a colleague who would wish to join us, please feel free to ask them to register for this event.
Dial in details will be sent to all registered attendees at least 24 hours prior to the event.
