As summer continues, our membership is slowly re-entering the office, while others have created enhanced hybrid and remote models. There are new questions being asked in order to ensure the success of, and the methods of, the various forms of reintegration into the workplace and this roundtable will discuss Staffing and Managing these new workforces.

If your organization is having conversations around these topics we encourage you to join in and contribute to the peer sharing so your teams are better prepared for what lies ahead. This event is being hosted by ILTA’s Program Planning Council – a senior leadership volunteer group whose focus is to look ahead and bring just-in-time discussions to the membership at large, equipping everyone with the knowledge to lead their teams into a successful future.
