I'm a librarian who enjoys using technology and user experience testing to improve everyone's experience. Finding out what my users think they want and what they actually respond to rather than what it seems like they should want can be difficult, but it is immensely rewarding and improves the user's experiences dramatically. My experience as a leader in a variety of types of work also helps me to successfully implement these improvements to user experience.
