Erika Emrick (she/her) is the Manager of IT Operations for ILTA. She is responsible for Customer Support, maintaining the SharePoint Online platform for ILTA committees to communicate and plan out programming throughout the year, and the day to day operations of the IT department. Before joining ILTA, she spent 16 years with Bingham McCutchen/Morgan Lewis in their Boston and Lexington, KY, offices as their Intranet Content Administrator, based in the Library & Research Services department. Erika has experience with several content management systems, has a background in library technical services, and is currently working with Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
