Description:

Summary: A Content Coordinating Team member will review the specific areas of focus, target audiences, deliverable numbers and topics that fall under their area of discipline. Each team develops programming deliverables for law firm, law department, local and international audiences and directs deliverables to be executed by project teams.

Term: One year, renewable subject to annual interview/approval

Compensation: ILTA volunteer leaders do not receive compensation for their services but may be reimbursed for expenses.

  4. Information Governance
  5. IT Operations
  6. Knowledge Management
  7. Leadership/Professional Development
  8. Legal Operations
  9. Litigation Support
  10. Marketing & Business Development
  11. Security
  12. Technology Support Services

Responsibilities:
  • Work with team members to conduct a detailed review of potential topics ideas
  • Collaborate with team members to determine specific types of programming for each topic (i.e., webinar, podcast, article, etc.)
  • Develop and direct deliverables to be executed by project teams
  • Act as a resource with ILTA staff and project team(s) to execute deliverables
  • Participate in Content Coordinating Team meetings (one in-person meeting and monthly phone calls)
  • Serve as an ambassador for ILTA

Qualifications:

Objective Criteria:
  • Current ILTA member
  • Experience in the specified areas of focus
  • Willingness to accept direction from the volunteer leadership and ILTA staff as required
  • Willingness at all times to act as a reflection of ILTA's core values

  • Ability to convey ideas with respectfulness
