Curious to know what other midsized firms are using to manage Outside Counsel Guidelines. I am aware of Intapp Terms and Aderant OCG Live/Onyx platforms. I have also seen several firms are using some custom built solutions in Sharepoint.
Would be interested in hearing from anyone using another 3rd party product, particularly in the Contract Review and/or GRC spaces.
