Our ‘Embedding LPM’ Series has come to an end and I would like to thank all of our contributing thought leaders:

Stuart Dodds and Peter Secor: Embedding LPM – what should you focus on?
Sheri Palomaki: Trying to embed LPM? – Just tackle it one by one....
Susan Raridon Lambreth: To change or not to change? - Seeing the light of LPM
Toby Brown: Embedding LPM? Build the client connection
Antony Smith: Embedding LPM? – Leverage your tools and your brand
Ron Friedmann: Embedding LPM and want the perfect recipe?
Liam Brown: LPM and Line of Sight
Timothy Corcoran: LPM - Perception is everything
Lisa Chamandy: Trying to embed LPM? – Just go with the flow
Pam Woldow: Embedding LPM? Successful Firms Focus on WHY LPM Matters
Matt Laws: Embedding LPM?- The Key to LPM Success is…Software!
Colleen Nihill: Leadership and embedding LPM – Why getting it right makes all the difference

Wow! What a fantastic collection of posts – you can go here<http://connect.iltanet.org/BlogsMain/SearchBlogs/?executeSearch=true&SearchTerm=LPM&SearchMatch=any&LastName=Mahoney&ProductList=Blog> to view the whole series. These thought leaders have given us so much to think about when approaching our next LPM adventure. From leveraging supporting software, securing champions and sharing success stories, to building client connections and leadership and much more. From my experience when embedding LPM, it is about drawing upon all of these elements and testing and learning along the way. Often what we do is new ground; we are in fact LPM pioneers. It is really is that old adage by Hannibal – “We will either find a way or make one.”

It’s been a delight and a privilege to share this LPM series with you. It’s also been a lot of fun too, such as creating our quiz Are you a LPM Star?<http://www.onlinequizcreator.com/are-you-a-lpm-star/item1593>

The next series brought to you by members of ILTA’s Financial and Business Management Peer Group, will be run in December and will be on "variant types” of LPM such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 and PMBOK.  Sam Hobbes, Vince Cordo, and John Thompson will be leading these December activities so make sure you follow.

Until then,

Michelle
