At Mallesons, Michelle has been responsible for the creation and leadership of the firm’s applied legal technology, legal project management, legal process outsourcing and legal process improvement initiatives. Michelle is also a certified PRINCE2, PROSCI and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and is a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management.
