Susan Labriola is a Senior Software Trainer at Neal Gerber, a Chicago-based independent law firm of over 150 attorneys. She regularly interfaces with staff and attorneys to ensure that proper technology tools and processes are in place for supporting the firm’s clients. Susan is also a member of the Midwest Legal Technology Training Group steering committee.
