I’m passionate about using technology and innovation to solve real problems and create better ways of working. At Harper Macleod LLP, I lead projects that improve how we operate, from introducing smart automation to finding new ways to use the tools we already have. My focus is always on solutions that make life easier for people, improve client experiences and deliver genuine value.
I have a particular interest in artificial intelligence and how it can be applied responsibly to support better decision making, enhance creativity and free up time for work that really matters. I enjoy exploring new ideas, testing possibilities and helping others feel confident in using technology to its full potential.
Collaboration is at the heart of my approach. I work closely with colleagues, clients and partners to uncover opportunities for change and guide them through each stage of making that change happen. Innovation, for me, is as much about people as it is about technology.
I am also committed to building supportive networks for women in legal tech in Scotland, creating opportunities for collaboration, mentorship and knowledge sharing. A connected community is one where everyone has the chance to grow, share ideas and make an impact.
