I provide strategic IT leadership and guidance to law firms, helping them make the most of their technology investments, whether through permanent or interim CIO support, IT strategy development, or delivering complex change programmes. I’m currently with 3Kites Consulting, where I work with firms looking to modernise, improve operations, or navigate post merger and business transformation challenges.
Over the years, I’ve led projects across cloud migration, cyber security, operating model reviews, and legal tech adoption. I’ve worked with firms of all sizes and have hands-on experience with platforms like 3E, Aderant, iManage, NetDocuments, Intapp, and Peppermint, as well as tools in AI, BI, and KM. I also get involved in vendor reviews, outsourcing, and due diligence for PE backed firms.
