Dulani Moore is Goodwin’s Manager of Legal Technology Enablement, where he leads the design and delivery of technology training programs that drive adoption and empower attorneys and professional staff to get the most from the firm’s technology investments. Working within the Knowledge & Innovation team, Dulani partners with practice groups and technology leadership to develop targeted training, self-service resources, and enablement strategies — with a particular focus on generative AI tools and emerging legal technology.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2026, Dulani spent nearly 11 years at Goulston & Storrs, where he held a series of progressively senior roles including IT Technical Trainer & Support Engineer, Knowledge Management Operations Analyst, and Lead IT Support Engineer. In these roles he developed and delivered firmwide IT training programs, managed Knowledge Management projects, and helped lead an IT operations and service delivery team for the firm’s attorneys and staff. Before Goulston & Storrs, Dulani held technology roles at WilmerHale, Paul Hastings, and Latham & Watkins, building deep expertise in legal technology support and training across some of the country’s most prominent law firms.
Dulani is a graduate of Virginia Union University where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics.
