Harriet has over a decade of experience in the legal field, including process improvement, automation,
and other legal operations functions. She's an active ILTA member and volunteer, speaking on and
moderating panels and sessions related to workflow and document automation, cross-organizational
collaboration and communication, and culture building. She also serves as the team coordinator for the
Leadership and Professional Development ILTA content team.
Harriet earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Her hobbies
include reading and buying books, practicing German and Dutch on Duolingo, and going to concerts.
