Richard is a Litigation Support and eDiscovery professional that has witnessed the transformation of the legal industry from paper to electronic, evolution of workflow and technology, and progression of case law over the course of 20 years.
Richard assists with the implementation of various eDiscovery and technology initiatives at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office with special interests in process improvement, privacy, analytics, and data science. Prior to joining the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, Richard managed global eDiscovery operations at Morrison & Foerster and the California Attorney General's Office.
