As a project manager at Morrison & Foerster LLP, I am responsible for supporting the eDiscovery Resource Management (“ERM”) department and facilitating communication among key stakeholders in the firm’s eDiscovery managed services program. I document effective and efficient eDiscovery workflows and guidelines, maintain and evaluate issue logs used to drive continuous improvement efforts, and analyze monthly service provider reporting to chart efficiencies in the firm’s managed services environment. I create and maintain the ERM department’s guidelines, best practices and orientation materials on the team’s SharePoint site. I am also responsible for writing and delivering practice tips to the ERM and firm paralegal teams.
My previous experience as a senior litigation trial paralegal supports the strategic vision and insight I bring to developing eDiscovery workflows and project management guidelines. I also earned my PMP certification in 2013 and since then, have assembled an arsenal of skills and tools that I’ve employed to help teams tasked with managing the ever-increasing volume and complexity of data generated in the legal industry today.
