Damian is a Legal Project Manager at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where he oversees LPM strategy for the firm’s nationwide Investment Management practice. He leads client-facing legal projects and operational reporting, including matter staffing, analytics, and AI-driven workflows that enhance legal service delivery and the client experience for institutional investment managers and other private-fund clients.
Damian serves as the 2025–2026 Team Coordinator of ILTA’s Legal Practice Management Content Team, guiding programming on legal project management, matter analytics, and client-value innovation.
Before joining Lowenstein, Damian worked in the Project Management Office of an Am Law 20 firm and led legal operations and technology initiatives at a boutique Wall Street law practice.
A certified court mediator in New York State, Damian began his legal career in the New York State Judiciary’s court-annexed mediation programs at the New York Peace Institute, followed by an ADR internship with the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of New York. He has also trained New York City Police Department officers and law students in mediation and conflict-resolution techniques.
He is a member of the New York State Courts Part 146 mediator roster and serves on the Attorney–Client Fee Dispute Resolution Arbitration Panel of the New York County Bar Association.
Damian attended Hunter College, where he majored in Chemistry with a concentration in Bioinformatics. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the church organ, traveling, and researching his family history.
