Daniel Santiago is a well-known legal operations expert and currently is the Head of Strategy and Project Management at Galicia Abogados (Mexico), the current Chambers and Partners' best law firm in Latin America.
Prior to joining Galicia Abogados Daniel Santiago was the Head of the Business Transformation Department at Gómez-Pinzón Abogados one of the top-tier and largest legal services firms in Colombia and also serve as the Head of the Quality and Projects Department in Posse Herrera Ruiz Abogados (Colombia). Daniel has devoted considerable attention to the transformation of the traditional business model of Latin American Law Firms by the application of methods derived from Project Management, Process Architecture, Strategic Planning, and Innovation.
Daniel Santiago has participated as a keynote speaker at multiple conferences on the future of the legal profession and has written multiple articles on such topic.
