Jessica is Baker Donelson's Director of Legal Process Engineering and Online Services with the firm's Client Solutions Group. As part of the Legal Process Engineering team, Jessica manages client solutions projects such as innovation initiatives, project planning, budgeting, pricing, process improvement, workflow development, and solution design for the firm's Advocacy and Financial Services departments. As part of the Consulting and Online Services team, Jessica manages the strategic planning and design for value added and online services, including all client connectivity such as extranets, collaboration sites, mobile apps, and online training tools.
Jessica joined Baker Donelson’s Knowledge Management department in 2013 after several years as a litigator and judicial law clerk. Leveraging her background in information technology, business, and law, she is an adjunct professor for the University of Memphis and Christian Brothers University.
