As a seasoned Project Manager, I help people meet their short term goals. I have managed projects in all sizes of law firms throughout the country as well as in other industries. These projects include technology system/hardware upgrades, new software roll-out, and business and marketing plan implementations.
At Taft I provide project management for the firm, focusing on providing our business units with the skills to implement project management effectively within their teams and to remain Client focused. In every project I strive to maintain the communication as it is of the most common risk point. This is accomplished by assessing the skill level and understanding of participants during projects to provide communications and solutions in clear and concise manner.
We as a firm are committed to improving processes and empowering people to effective serve our clients. This means we employ a flexible management style, using subject matter teams as well as cross -functional teams to achieve our clients objectives. As a Business Analyst, I review the processes, work flow and data to identify solutions that are cost and time effective. Using a variety of tools and techniques, I work with teams to develop and deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions to resolve business system issues. This is achieved by putting people first in the process.
I believe that there is no "one size fits all" solution to law firm document production, management, work flow or project. I view each challenge as a unique and tailor the solution to fit the specific needs.
