During his career Mark Gerow has been involved in all aspects of business application development; ranging from AI, business process automation and workflow, database design and implementation, business analysis, project methodologies and management, collaboration, and business intelligence. He has been a software engineer, consultant, and entrepreneur; he now directs application development and business process automation for Fenwick & West LLP. In addition Mark has published two books and numerous articles on AI, process automation, collaborative applications design, software engineering and project management. His professional passion is delivering innovative and creative business solutions incorporating advanced technologies that enable knowledge workers to achieve peak performance. Outside of work Mark enjoys hiking and photographing nature in the San Francisco bay area.
