Conduct training needs analysis with Subject Matter Experts regarding instructional content. Compile tests and other evaluations to measure learning and performance as a result of learning initiatives.
Technical Writer: 10 years of experience. Design, develop, and maintain support materials including on-line manuals, job aids, and facilitator guides. Meet with various project team leaders to analyze software and develop test plans.
Project Management: 8 years of experience. Analyze, review and document the requirements of projects throughout their lifecycle. Member of project team and primary liaison between technical team and clients. Solid understanding of the application lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control and deployment of new software that meet client guidelines.
