As a member of the Holland & Knight leadership team, responsible to develop and manage a next-generation global
client development function that will raise the Firm’s revenue and profitability by (i) establishing a sophisticated
pricing capability that will support lawyer-led client development and matter-management efforts; (ii) enhancing
the firm’s existing pitch capabilities through the creation of a legal operations pitch team that is capable of enhanced
communications with the finance-driven legal operations groups of the Firm’s client-targets; and (iii) establishing a best-in-class key account client teams and legal project managers that are properly trained and equipped with cost-effective technology to allow for systematic access to, and exploitation of, the most profitable opportunities that further the Firm’s strategic goals.
